| Artist Statement | I am excited by the plastic qualities of clay, its potential as a vehicle for personal and shared ideologies. Created from earth and water, fused and coloured by alchemic processes, clay is forged by fire. It is a great material for producing expressive works. I am also passionate about horses, their interaction with humans and how their spirit crosses cultural divides. I love developing ideas through the ceramic processes, where symbols, colour and material additives integrate to form my work |
